Possibly just writing this post so that I can keep using my now massive gallery of people wearing an unfeasible number of bandages 🤕🤔

This looks… short?

So the other two parts of this guide had a supplementary post for paid subscribers.

I try to strike a balance on the site of giving free subscribers (hi!) enough information to keep themselves safe whilst giving paid subscribers (hi!) a little extra - usually in the form of more personal information about my procedures, or condensing lengthy posts for convenience.

At the moment, I can’t think of anything in the Recovery Phase that it would be useful to share with my paid subscribers that I don’t also think it’s really important for anyone coming to this site to read.

So, for now, this will stay as a placeholder until some searing new insights occur to me that I think are worth sharing with the paid community.

If you have ideas of anything you think I have omitted and that it would be helpful for me to provide info on, please feel free to let me know in the comments.
